Charges v3.1  16/02/97 R.Munson

A script for Readcis to automatically download your CompuServe charges.

With this script and two switches set, ReadCIS will save your CompuServe
billing information to a file called charges.cis in the services 
directory.

Installation 
  Place the two .SCO files in the \SCO\ directory of your default drive. 
  The other files are optional and can go in the directories shown.
  Run ReadCIS and create two switches USER.ON and CHARGES.ON
 
That is it. Every time you go online ReadCIS will attempt to download 
your charges. As is the convention in ReadCIS, if the file already 
exists, the download will be skipped.
